Role: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

• Research and resolve chargebacks in HighRadius, with a focus on high-value claims

• Recode undetermined claims and attach supporting documentation

• Process daily CIT chargeback packets and maintain organized records in DocuWare

• Provide invoices, bills of lading (BOL), and payment details to CIT or upload them to customer portals

• Utilize tools such as HighRadius, NetSuite, DocuWare, and various customer/vendor portals

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, chargebacks, or deductions (preferred)

• Experience with HighRadius or similar platforms

• Strong preference for candidates with NetSuite experience

• Proficiency in Excel and shared documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets)
