Provide the President and the Finance and Admin Head with guidance for improvement and remedial action pertaining to departmental issues and concerns.
Develop workers by monitoring performance, establishing goals, offering continual training, and preserving positive working relationships.
Perform the company’s financial audits.
To guarantee accuracy and completeness, prepare, evaluate, and analyze financial statements.
Comply to all government related transactions such as LOA – BIR, Business Perming – Municipal and others
Establishes financial status by keeping track of revenue and expenditure, managing the collecting, consolidating, and analysis of financial data, and create special reports.
Coordinate the different transactions related to Finance operations and activities with other department heads and important personnel.
Ensures that the reported results adhere to generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards while supervising the preparation of periodic financial reports.
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department and ensuring that all significant workloads, month-end reports, and year-end reports are accurate and timely completed.

At least 5 years of work experience in accounting management or same capacity
Well verse in Financial Statement preparation.
Excellent in verbal and written communication.
Sound knowledge in accounting profiles and regulations
