• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and expanding the company's client base within a designated territory. This role involves direct interaction with customers in the field, where you will understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office
