JOJO BRAGAIS SHOES is looking for a Social Media Specialist with strong digital instincts, creative storytelling skills, and a passion for building engaging online content. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing our social media presence—especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to execute campaigns, promote new collections, and keep our content fresh, timely, and aligned with our brand voice.

Whether you're planning posts, responding to followers, or pitching your next viral idea, you’ll be helping us stay relevant, authentic, and ahead of the curve.

• Plan and manage our social media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Write compelling captions in our bold, empowering brand voice
• Identify and act on trends to keep our content relevant
• Engage with the community: replies, DMs, comments
• Track and analyze performance using Meta and TikTok analytics
• Collaborate with our designers, stylists, and videographers to bring campaigns to life
• Go live or post in real-time during launches and events

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 1-2 years managing brand social media accounts
• Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X
• Strong writing, captioning, and digital communication skills
• Up-to-date with trends, memes, and pop culture
• Experience using scheduling tools & analytics (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
