The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.

Job Description:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when requested
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and return change accurately
• Follow all health and safety standards and company policies
• Assist in other duties as needed to support smooth restaurant operations
