Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan and develop a company-wide AI knowledge platform and AI-driven customer service system, leveraging large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering to establish a closed loop for knowledge generation, evaluation, and optimization—ensuring accuracy and coverage. 2. Productize AI-empowerment capabilities by designing and driving the deployment of enterprise knowledge bases and intelligent Q&A services across multiple business channels such as customer support and ticketing. 3. Architect and launch AI quality-inspection products from inception, using the knowledge base to enable end-to-end intelligent monitoring, data analysis, and actionable improvement recommendations for service and marketing processes. 4. Define core product metrics and track them continuously; collaborate closely with technical, business, and other teams to achieve empowerment objectives and support external authoritative certification of related products. 5. Lead B2B product design for the business monitoring platform. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience as an AI or B2B product manager and a proven track record of taking products from concept to successful launch. • Prior hands-on experience with enterprise-level AI knowledge bases, enterprise search, intelligent Q&A, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems is a plus. • Deep understanding of the core principles and application boundaries of LLMs, prompt engineering, and NLP; able to communicate effectively with algorithm and engineering teams. • Strong platform-oriented product thinking, data analysis skills, and cross-departmental communication abilities; goal-driven and capable of delivering projects that achieve business results.
