Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
- Manage cash transactions and operate the register.
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Participate in team training sessions and maintain product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or café.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in latte art, strong coffee knowledge, excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide exemplary customer service.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods, flexible shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards customers.
