Job Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop in-depth strategic partnerships with Web3 projects, exchanges, investment institutions, KOLs, and communities.
2. Leverage existing industry connections and resources to lead business negotiations, drive the implementation of collaborations, and maintain long-term relationships.
3. Formulate and execute overseas market expansion plans, building global connections through industry events and community engagement.
Job Requirements:
1. Core Requirement: Possess extensive Web3 industry resources (e.g., project teams, exchanges, KOLs). Resource accumulation is the primary screening criterion.
2. Experience & Skills: At least 1 year of business development experience in Web3, with excellent negotiation and cross-department collaboration skills.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for business communication.
4. Preferred Qualifications: Overseas market experience or proven successful cases; deep understanding of DeFi, NFT, and related fields.
