ROLE: Native Korean - Customer Services
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
Total Salary: RM 9,000+ RM 300 KPI Allowance

Work hour: 5 days work and 2 days off per week. Multiple shift between 10AM - 7PM

Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: Minimum of 6 months BPO Customer Servie experience.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Native Korean Customer Service Representative to support a Travel Project with a focus on collections and payment follow-ups. This role is for someone who can communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in Korean (calls, emails, chats).
* Resolve disputes and complaints professionally while maintaining customer trust.
* Update customer records, payment statuses, and case notes accurately in the system.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex cases.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
Requirements
* Good working knowledge of Korean & English (written and spoken).
* Experience in customer service, collections, travel support is a strong advantage.
* Strong communication skills — polite but firm when needed.
* Comfortable discussing payments, delays, and resolutions.
* Basic computer skills and ability to work with CRM/tools.
* Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
