1、与用户积极互动，通过在线客服平台，为用户解答问题，维护用户忠诚度及贡献度；
2、从日常工作内容中收集、整理用户反馈需求并作出分析，能从执行过程中延伸出有价值的思考并优化产品策略；
3、与各部门协调，提升产品整体运营效率。
1、大专及以上学历；
2、韩语听说读写能力优秀，可作为工作语言；
3、有客服工作经验者优先；
4、具备出色的沟通能力、语言表达能力、流程控制能力，能合理解释并处理用户异议；
5、头脑灵活，具备较强的学习能力、应变协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
6、有责任感，具备良好的服务意识，亲和力强，认真细致有耐心，有团队合作精神；
7、能接受节假日值班和倒班调休制度。
部门：综合业务部-客服组
正式员工用工形式：全职
硬性要求&关键词： 男/女，年轻人，能接受排班制（可接受夜班0-8点）更优先，最好是朝鲜族或韩国留学生，topic6级，听说读写精通
入职后培训1-2个月，工作时间10：00-19：00，六日双休
培训期结束开始排班，每周双休，但根据排班情况可能周中休息，不固定周末休息
早班：8：00-17：00；午饭休息1小时
中班：15：00-00：00；晚饭休息1小时
夜班：00：00-8：00
