DESCRIPTION:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
OFFER AND BENEFITS:
- UP TO 28,000 SALARY PACKAGE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least completed 2nd year college undergraduate / associate graduate / 2 years vocational graduate / bachelor's graduate
- With at least 18 months BPO voice international experience
- Amenable to start ASAP and work onsite
