E-commerce Creative Designer

Salary Range: 2500 USD/month 

Work Schedule: Full-time; daily overlap with US Central Time

Position Overview:

The E-commerce Creative Designer will create high-volume, performance-focused visual content for Amazon listings, paid social campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives. This role is best suited for a creative generalist who values speed, range, and iteration over excessive polish.

The ideal candidate can take a short brief, independently develop concepts and variations, execute the creative, and incorporate feedback quickly with minimal supervision. Success in this role will come from consistently producing commercially effective creative while maintaining strong attention to detail and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update Amazon listing images and other e-commerce creative on a weekly basis.
• Develop multiple creative variations for paid social and performance marketing campaigns.
• Translate short, high-level briefs into effective visual concepts and finished assets.
• Iterate quickly based on performance insights, feedback, and changing priorities.
• Support packaging, print, and launch-related creative when needed.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications.
• Collaborate closely with the founder and team while working independently on assigned priorities.
• Maintain organized creative files and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Contribute ideas proactively rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
• Ensure all creative work is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with the intended commercial objective.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant graphic design, e-commerce design, or performance creative experience.
• Experience with packaging design, dielines, and print production.
• Demonstrated experience creating creative for Amazon, e-commerce, or online marketplaces.
• Experience designing paid-social or direct-response advertising creative.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to produce multiple creative concepts and variations efficiently.
• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to clearly explain creative decisions and understand feedback.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong portfolio showing commercial, e-commerce, or performance-oriented creative work.

Nice-to-Haves: 

• Strong copywriting or ability to develop concise marketing copy for creative assets.
• Broader brand identity or consumer-product design experience.
• Experience interpreting performance data to inform creative iterations.
