Job Role:

  • The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the CEO’s office. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, handle confidential information with discretion, and support the CEO in both strategic and day-to-day functions.
  • The Executive Assistant will coordinate schedules, prepare reports, draft communications, and assist in managing business operations. A strong ability in financial tracking, expense management, and formula-based reporting is essential to support budget monitoring and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize travel itineraries.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.
  • Monitor, record, and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy in financial formulas and budget calculations.
  • Track company spending and assist in analyzing operational costs.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO in decision-making by preparing data-driven reports and summaries.
  • Perform other administrative and organizational duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced formula and reporting skills in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
