Job Description
视觉设计：负责 Web3 产品、区块链钱包、GameFi 项目、视频流媒体平台（Web/App/H5）的整体 UI 视觉设计，包括但不限于：DApp 界面、游戏内 UI、视频播放页、个人中心、数据看板及运营活动页。
风格探索：探索并定义符合 Web3 美学、游戏沉浸感或视频科技感的视觉风格，能够驾驭赛博朋克、暗黑模式、轻拟物、新拟态等多种流行设计风格。
设计落地：输出高保真设计稿、交互原型及切图标注，建立并维护 Design System（设计组件库），确保设计还原度，提升研发效率。
运营支撑：配合市场与运营团队，完成 NFT 宣发物料、游戏推广海报、视频封面、活动专题页及社交媒体视觉设计。
体验优化：关注用户反馈与数据分析，持续优化界面的视觉表现力、操作流畅度及信息层级的清晰度。
