• Analyzes accounting entries and account balances and adjust erroneous entries.
• Develop and maintain financial records.
• Maintain clean subsidiary ledgers of all accounts.
• Perform other related functions as may be directed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Bookkeeping or accounting background in academic or work-based.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle disbursement processes, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or training experience are welcome to apply.
• Can be trained in working reporting tools.
