Job Description
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment and TA team
• Handle sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with management on hiring needs and workforce planning
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes
Qualifications
• Experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Knowledge of sourcing tools, job boards, and selection methods
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience in team management is an advantage
• Willing to work Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 (Israel time)
