About the Role

We are hiring for a senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead solution design and delivery across Customer Service Management (CSM) and AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities for a large enterprise transformation program in Germany.

This role will drive platform architecture, AI strategy, and end-to-end implementation leveraging Now Assist, Agentic AI workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation on the ServiceNow platform with focus on CSM
• Establish AI strategy leveraging Now Assist, Agentic AI patterns, and Virtual Agent
• Design and implement AI use cases and agentic workflows within ServiceNow
• Configure and customize CSM modules including:
• Case Management
• Workflows
• Knowledge Management
• Omnichannel integrations
• Design workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
• Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems
• Ensure platform solutions follow security, governance, and compliance standards
• Lead development teams and mentor junior developers
• Engage stakeholders and drive architecture governance

Must-Have Skills

• Expertise in ServiceNow CSM architecture and delivery
• Experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows
• Strong ServiceNow platform development and design background
