Assist the merchant operations manager in the collection, organization, and preliminary analysis of daily operational data, supporting problem identification and solution output;
Assist in promoting the implementation of C2C merchant operation-related systems, rules, and processes to ensure orderly progress of all tasks;
Execute the merchant recruitment process, assist in connecting with potential merchants, maintain the merchant information database, and follow up on the onboarding and launch processes;
Collaborate in planning and executing merchant-related activities, including material preparation, activity launch, data tracking, and other basic operational tasks;
Maintain good communication with merchants on a daily basis, collect feedback, and assist in addressing basic issues and needs.

Detail-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, with good execution skills and self-motivation;
Possess certain data processing capabilities and be familiar with office software such as Excel;
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain efficient cooperation with the team and merchants;
Experience in platform operations or related work is preferred.
