Job Description
岗位职责：
1. 负责海外社媒平台（Twitter、YouTube、TikTok、Instagram、Facebook等）的账号运营、内容策划及推广；
2. 制定内容策略，挖掘用户需求，结合热点产出高互动内容；
3. 监控运营数据，分析效果并持续优化投放及内容策略；
4. 熟悉平台规则，具备内容敏感度及用户洞察力，探索高效运营方法；
5. 管理广告投放（社媒广告、Google Ads等），优化ROI；
6. 拓展KOL/博主等合作资源，制定并执行推广方案；
7. 独立完成视频脚本撰写、剪辑及运营；
8. 策划并执行线上活动，提升用户活跃度及粘性。
岗位要求：
1. 熟悉海外社媒平台及用户习惯，具备运营经验；
2. 创意能力强，能高效产出优质内容及视频；
3. 对数据敏感，能通过分析优化推广策略；
4. 执行力强，关注行业动态及热点。
