Japanese Project Coordinator - Execution Department

An award winning American digital marketing company providing excellent backend marketing services across Global and International clients. Driven by their company mission and values they are in need of a Japanese Marketing Coordinator - Execution Department who will support their Japan clients.

• Create market insights based on the Japan client's request.
• Attend campaign meetings for project executions and planning.
• Manage the end-to-end process of proposals and projects to ensure smooth execution.
• Work with the Project Execution Lead and coordinators to support the project.
• Support Analytics Leads to associate Marketing Spends and conducts monthly reviews to ensure data is correct.
• Create a report regarding the results of the campaign event/projects.

Requirements

• Open Filipino who can speak Japanese up to N1 - N2 Level.
• Japanese Nationals who are located here in the Philippines.
• JLPT certificate is not a requirement.
• Conversational to Business level English is a big advantage.
• Can communicate verbally and written using Japanese language.
• With good communication skills.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate marketing communication with clients, event planning and analysing business demands.
• Having experience in Project management/ account management is a big plus but not required.
