Job Duty:

1. Open up the global market, explore potential business customers, summarize the effective information of customers and share it with the business center, and hand it over to the salesperson for follow-up.
2. Organize the data of popular products in market advertising placement, and provide a development direction for the brand mall market.
3. Research and discover more social platforms where customers are active, and conduct in-depth analysis of the activity patterns and characteristics of target customers.
4. Think of techniques for getting responses from potential customers, such as summarize and optimize the content of development letters to improve the customer response rate.
5. Operate groups of potential customers, manage private domain traffic and convert business opportunities.
6. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• A junior college degree or above is required, and those with CET-4 or above are preferred.
• Be proficient in using various office software, especially Excel, and have certain data statistics and analysis capabilities.
• Be able to think quickly and make judgments, be rigorous and decisive, not be afraid of difficulties when encountering problems, be brave enough to give feedback, and have tenacity.
• Be optimistic, positive, flexible, have a strong sense of responsibility and ambition, have an innovative spirit, and have strong stress resistance.
• Be familiar with overseas social media, and those with experience in using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram are preferred.
• Those with experience as an English customer service are preferred.
