Risk Adjustment Medical Coder-Team Leader_Taguig_TWFH_up to 50K

We are hiring for Risk Adjustment Medical Coder-Team Leader, Non-Voice Support in BGC, Taguig city.

This is hybrid work setup/Temporary work from home following a flexible shifting schedule if the business asks to. (weekends, night shifts & holidays).

Salary is up to 50k with package.

Requirements:

• Must have a PHRN License.
• Must have a CPC (RA Coder).
• At least 2-3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience, preferably with SME/people-manager experience.
• Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of medical coders in daily operations.
• Review coding quality and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational goals and service standards.
• Assist with process improvements and promote coding accuracy.
