We are seeking a pioneer to join us in developing this core business from the ground up. Job Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning • Oversee the formulation and execution of the overall operational strategy for the platform’s copy-trading system, with a core focus on mainstream tokens and high-leverage contracts. • Design differentiated operational approaches to reinforce this positioning. 2. Trader Ecosystem Development (Supply-Side Operations) • Identify, recruit, contract, and retain high-quality contract traders, especially KOLs and community leaders skilled in high-leverage and short-term strategies. • Design and implement incentive schemes, rating systems, and development plans to continuously enhance trader engagement and output quality. • Maintain in-depth communication with traders to gather product feedback and drive optimizations. 3. User Growth and Engagement (Demand-Side Operations) • Plan and execute copy-trading marketing campaigns, such as the “Copy-Trade Insurance Program” and “Contract Challenge Camp,” to boost user acquisition, trading volume, and platform stickiness. • Leverage data analysis to gain insights into users’ copy-trading behaviors, optimizing trader displays, recommendation algorithms, and the overall user experience. 4. Content and Community Integration • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to package top traders’ insights and strategies into high-quality materials (e.g., market analyses, live trade review sessions). • Distribute content through community channels and social media to establish the platform’s professional brand image in high-leverage contract copy-trading. 5. Data-Driven Approach and Post-Mortems • Establish a core data monitoring framework for the copy-trading segment (e.g., number of traders, copy-trading users, daily segment volume and share, user P&L). • Conduct regular post-mortems and provide data support for product and strategy iterations. Qualifications: 1. Required Experience • 1–3 years of operational experience at a cryptocurrency exchange; experience in copy-trading, brokerage, or community operations is a plus. • Hands-on experience in crypto contract trading, with a thorough understanding of leverage, margin, liquidations, and take-profit/stop-loss mechanisms, as well as ongoing tracking of major tokens. • Proven track record of building an operational framework from scratch or independently leading key operational projects. 2.
