Job Description:

1. Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing CEX platform financial or trading products, covering core categories such as on-demand wealth management, fixed-term wealth management, and structured products.

2. Lead full product lifecycle management, from requirement research and solution design to launch and promotion, focusing on balancing user returns and risks, and developing wealth management tools tailored to different risk levels.

3. Head the formulation of product rules, including yield calculation, redemption mechanisms, and risk reserve settings, and collaborate with the risk control team to establish a product risk assessment framework.

4. Optimize product yield models based on user investment data and market dynamics, driving product feature iterations and experience upgrades.

5. Coordinate with operations and technical teams to execute marketing campaigns and system development, monitor post-launch product performance, and provide operational optimization recommendations to help increase user base and capital retention in the wealth management business.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, with over 2 years of experience in wealth management or asset management products within fintech or the cryptocurrency industry.

2. Deep understanding of the underlying logic of wealth management and trading products, familiar with the yield models and risk control key points of various wealth management tools, and capable of independently designing wealth management products.

3. Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure, with strong data analysis and requirement discovery skills to optimize product strategies through user data.

4. Knowledgeable about cryptocurrency industry regulations and sensitive to market trends.

5. Excellent cross-team communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; prior successful experience launching wealth management products is a plus.
