职位描述：
1、负责交易所全平台（Web + App + H5）的用户体验诊断与系统性优化迭代，打造极致的功能与用户体验；
2、跟进完善平台基建功能，提升用户转化及留存率；
3、持续分析行业头部交易所的交互动态优化及创新功能，输出竞品分析报告与改进 Roadmap；
4、根据市场趋势、业务及用户需求，提出创新的产品优化方案；
5、协调研发、运营、市场及设计团队，推动项目进展，确保产品开发的进度和质量。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上合约交易所相关产品经验；
2、有用户体验优化、交易产品优化及从0到1平台基建功能完善补齐经验及成功案例优先；
3、对产品易用性设计和用户体验有极强的产品 sense，注重细节，能够从交易者的真实痛点出发设计产品；
4、较强的逻辑思维、数据分析能力、跨团队推动能力和抗压能力，能够在快节奏、高强度的环境中高效工作。
