岗位职责
主导社交/社区产品的整体运营策略与体系建设，对 DAU、留存、付费率、ARPU 及营收/流水等核心经营指标负责。
操盘用户全生命周期运营，搭建用户分层、成长、激励、付费、召回等机制；针对大 R（高价值用户）等关键人群设计专属运营与维系策略。
设计并迭代会员、礼物、虚拟消费等商业化运营玩法，规模化提升付费率与营收。
以数据驱动制定增长与商业化策略，建设用户标签体系，通过 A/B 测试与精细化运营持续优化各环节转化。
统筹运营活动、IP/品牌合作与跨团队资源，推动重点项目高质量落地。
沉淀运营方法论与 SOP，指导初级运营，提升团队整体打法与执行效率。
任职要求
强操盘力：独立操盘过社交/社区的完整运营线或核心业务（如用户线、付费线、某社交场景），从策略制定到落地执行真正拿过结果。
突出业绩：做出过可量化的规模化成果（DAU、留存、付费率、营收/流水达到行业可观量级），并能讲清自身的关键作用。
数据驱动 + 体系化思维：能搭建指标与标签体系、设计实验、拆解复杂业务并制定策略。
熟悉社交/社区的用户增长与商业化（虚拟消费、会员、大 R、私域）；陌生人社交、语聊、直播、兴趣社区经验优先。
带过小团队或主导过跨团队项目者优先；工作效率高，推动力强，抗压能力好。
