職位概述
負責互聯網產品或技術項目的全流程管理，包括需求分析、計劃制定、資源協調、進度控制及風險管理，確保項目按時、高質量交付，支持業務發展與產品持續迭代。
工作職責
負責項目全生命周期管理，包括立項、規劃、執行、監控與收尾
協調產品、設計、開發、測試等跨部門資源，推動項目高效落地
制定詳細項目計劃並跟蹤執行進度，確保按時交付
識別項目風險並制定應對措施，降低不確定性影響
組織需求評審、技術評審及日常項目會議
跟蹤項目質量，推動問題閉環與持續優化
定期向管理層匯報項目進展與關鍵指標
任職要求
基本要求：本科及以上學歷，計算機、信息管理或相關專業優先，具備2年以上互聯網項目管理經驗
技能要求：熟悉主流項目管理方法論（如敏捷開發、Scrum等），具備優秀的溝通與協調能力，熟悉常用項目管理工具（如Jira、Confluence等），具備一定技術理解能力（前後端架構）
加分項：有大型互聯網公司經驗，持有PMP或ACP相關證書，具備數據分析或產品經驗者優先
核心能力
具備良好的項目規劃能力、跨部門協作能力與問題解決能力，能在壓力環境下保持高效執行，具備責任心與結果導向思維
績效考核指標（KPI）
包括項目按時交付率、項目質量（如Bug率與系統穩定性）、團隊協作滿意度以及成本與資源控制情況
該職位需具備較強責任心與抗壓能力，能適應快速變化的互聯網工作節奏
职位前期为远程办公模式（预计前 6 个月），未来将安排您迁往日本常驻，公司将提供签证支持并协助您顺利完成搬迁。
该职位的底薪范围为 4,000–8,000 美金/月
