About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Property Manager to support the day-to-day management of property listings across various platforms. This is a remote, part-time role ideal for someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update property listings on online platforms (e.g. Airbnb and similar)
• Review property details and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
• Monitor booking calendars and availability
• Respond to guest inquiries and assist with bookings
• Maintain a high response and acceptance rate
• Coordinate and forward reservation details to the relevant team members

Requirements

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online platforms
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience with property platforms (e.g. Airbnb) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Working Hours & Salary

• Approx. 2 hours per day, 5 days per week
• Flexible schedule
• Starting from £1,500 per month (part-time)
