Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation:

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to obtain the best value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Procurement Planning & Ordering:

  • Monitor inventory levels and identify the need for replenishment.
  • Place orders for materials, equipment, or services as required by the organization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to avoid any disruption in operations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
