Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with global marketing, technical, operations, and community teams to develop and execute the company’s international business expansion strategy.
2. Lead strategic partnership negotiations and relationship building with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public chains, leading protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs) to expand application scenarios and revenue streams.
3. Act as the company’s international representative by regularly participating in global industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish and maintain a high-value international network and elevate the brand’s global influence.
4. Drive localized market development in key regions by identifying and engaging core local resources and partners to ensure successful business implementation.
Qualifications
1. Native-level English proficiency with a clear, authentic accent; capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations, public speaking, and cross-cultural team collaboration without barriers.
2. Deep understanding of Western business etiquette and communication styles; confident, open, and efficient international communication demeanor with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.
Professional Competencies
1. Profound understanding of and passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems, with the ability to think strategically based on industry trends.
2. Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal communication, and resource integration skills, with at least 2 years of international business development or ecosystem partnership experience.
3. Extensive experience participating in international events and the ability to professionally represent the company on the global stage.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Extensive and in-depth network of key decision-makers across global public chains, investment institutions, and project teams.
2. Proven track record of leading successful collaborations with top-tier public chains or ecosystem projects.
3. Experience in investment project analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.
4. Based abroad (preferably in Web3 hubs such as Europe, North America, or Singapore) or able to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
