Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, advertising, market research, data analysis, media and content operation, and multimedia production.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with flexibility for remote work; may require occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, creativity, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
