About the Role:

We are seeking a part-time experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for global candidate sourcing and email-based engagement. Your expertise will help us attract and connect with top talent across regions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
  2. Manage initial outreach and email communication with candidates to build interest and convey opportunity details.
  3. Assist with screening resumes and conducting phone screening interviews when required.
  4. Collaborate with the hiring team to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
  5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout early-stage recruitment.

 

Requirements:

  1. 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on international or cross-regional talent sourcing.
  2. Proven ability in candidate search and engagement, with strong email communication skills.
  3. Familiarity with sourcing tools and advanced mapping skills.
  4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are advantageous.
  5. Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
