Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in line with international English teaching standards, catering to students of different age groups.

2. Assess students' English proficiency, develop personalized learning plans, and target weaknesses in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills.

3. Utilize multimedia resources to create an interactive and engaging online teaching environment, stimulating students' interest in English learning.

4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for PhD holders, specializing in fields such as law, politics, medicine, biology, history, and languages.

2. Both students currently enrolled in school and those who are already working can participate.

3. Proficiency in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level), with a standard pronunciation and fluent communication skills.

4. Possesses critical thinking skills and is adept at discussions and communication

5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and with a strong awareness of cross-cultural communication.
