Job Responsibilities:

- Assist senior traders with market analysis and strategy development, learning hands-on trading techniques;

- Participate in live trading operations, mastering capital management, risk control, and trade execution processes;

- Monitor market dynamics, draft trading journals and review reports to enhance analytical capabilities;

- Undergo systematic training and gradually take on independent small-scale fund management tasks.

- Training and working hours: Weekdays 13:00–23:00 (Beijing Time). Please ensure availability during this period.

Requirements:

1. Age 22–35

2. Self-motivated with strong execution skills

3. Remote work with a dedicated, comfortable home office setup

4. Personal or family circumstances that support maintaining quality of life during the training period

5. Mandarin as the working language

Note: A 1–2 month training period is required; live trading begins only after passing assessments. Compensation is profit-sharing (40/60); no fees are charged at any stage.
