As a Travel Inbound Executive, you will manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive hotel rates, and ensure timely renewal of contracts. You will coordinate directly with hotel partners, resolve service-related concerns, and support the development of strong, competitive product offerings for our clients. The role may require business trips to further strengthen supplier partnerships and identify new opportunities aligned with sales targets. You will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent product quality and support overall business growth.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with suppliers and regularly monitor to ensure we get the best rates
  • Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels
  • Ensure all hotels are re-contracted with specific deadlines
  • Address and resolve any standard or service level issues with suppliers
  • Investigate and resolve internal issues with operations and account colleagues
  • Monitor room production closely and collaborate with all relevant parties to stimulate booking, room, room night and revenue growth
  • Conduct business trips to improve supplier relations and negotiate best-in-market rates per business requirements.
  • Identify new products that align with room nights and sales requirements
  • Undertake ongoing analysis of product and quality within the contracting area to maintain consistent product offerings for clients
  • A comprehensive understanding of the internal systems and processes can help to contract more efficiently and effectively


Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Tourism, Hospitality or relevant courses.
  • Have at least 2-3 years of experience in Hotel Sales
  • Must have B2B corporate Online Travel Agency experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Offices, Google Suites and Workspaces
  • Proficiency in English language and has good communication skills
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities and customer service skills
  • Experience in Travel and Leisure agency is a plus
  • Willing to work any schedule and onsite in Makati
