Job Description
- Design user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to understand design requirements
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to optimize designs
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design documentation
- Monitor design trends and continuously improve design quality
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a design-related field
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience
- Skills and Abilities: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Working Conditions: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
