Job Description
【岗位职责】
1. 融资执行：主导各轮次股权融资全流程，包括 investor targeting、roadshow 执行、term sheet 谈判及 closing 协调
2. 材料维护：独立搭建并维护融资材料体系，包括 BP、investor deck、financial model 及 data room；构建涵盖 DCF、comps 及 tokenomics 的多维估值框架
3. 协助投资人关系管理：建立结构化投资人数据库，覆盖 VC、CVC、family office 及战略产业资本，制定分层跟进机制
4. 投后管理：完成融资后负责持续的 investor relations 维护，定期输出股东简报与运营更新
5. 活动与商务：代表公司参与 TOKEN2049、HK FinTech Week 等核心行业活动，推进 deal pipeline 建设
【岗位要求】
1. 3年以上相关经验，具备 FA、VC、投行（M&A / ECM）或产业战投背景，至少深度参与过一笔完整交割
2. 能够独立完成 financial modeling，熟练掌握主流估值方法论；CFA 持证或在读优先
3. 英文达到独立主导机构 roadshow 及 DD 沟通水平
4. 具备 Web3 / RWA 赛道实质性从业经验，理解链上资产结构与代币化逻辑者优先
5. 拥有可直接触达的机构投资人网络者大幅优先
