WIDEFIELD TECHNOLOGY SERVICES INC. (a technology & digital media company) is hiring a Short-Form Video Publishing Assistant to handle the upload and distribution of short-form video content across multiple platforms.

What you'll do:

Upload and schedule short-form videos across TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X; write and optimize titles, captions and hashtags; monitor posting schedules and ensure consistent output; track basic performance metrics and report weekly; coordinate with the content team on delivery timelines.

Compensation — please read carefully:

This role uses a performance-linked base salary structure. Your monthly base is tied to hitting weekly publishing targets. Meet the targets, earn the base. Consistent on-time publishing and strong engagement results earn performance bonuses on top. This is not a fixed salary regardless of output.

Requirements:

Familiarity with TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and X; detail-oriented and consistent with deadlines; able to write clear English captions; basic understanding of hashtags and platform SEO. No specific degree required.

100% remote. Long-term position.
