• We are looking for a talented Gameplay Video Creator based in the Philippines to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality gameplay videos that showcase our games and support marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to create compelling video content tailored for multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record, edit, and produce gameplay videos such as tutorials, walkthroughs, highlights, and promotional clips.
• Work closely with the Content Manager and marketing teams to develop video content aligned with marketing campaigns and game updates.
• Use screen recording and video editing software to create polished videos optimized for platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and social media.
• Organize and maintain a video content library for easy access and reuse.
• Monitor audience engagement and feedback to improve video content quality.
• Stay current with gaming trends, new releases, and competitor content.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday
• Core working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+4)
• Flexibility may be allowed with prior approval but availability during core hours is required for team collaboration.

• Proven experience in gameplay video creation and video editing.
• Proficiency with screen recording tools (e.g., OBS Studio, Nvidia ShadowPlay) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Strong understanding of gaming culture and player preferences.
• Creative storytelling and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a remote work environment.
• Must be based in the Philippines and able to work remotely full-time.
• Knowledge of video optimization techniques for social media platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating content for Twitch, YouTube Gaming, or similar platforms.
• Basic skills in graphic design and sound editing.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for scripting or ideation.
