Description
- Promote products, develop and communicate with potential customers, and provide professional payment solutions.
- Handle inquiries and needs of overseas merchants, and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
- Continue to pay attention to the development trends of the blockchain and e-commerce industries, and provide market insights for the team.
- Maintain relationships with overseas merchants and expand the influence of products in the international market.
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills, able to communicate independently in English text and telephone.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills, and be able to cooperate with merchants from different cultural backgrounds.
- Have a certain understanding of blockchain and e-commerce, and those with relevant industry experience are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree, English major level 6 or above. Or have studied abroad and have corresponding academic qualifications
