Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and troubleshooting support.
- Maintain customer records and document interactions.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

- Meet performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response time.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (BPO preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge a plus.
