Location: Remote

Reports to: Director of Fund Development

• Manage donor CRM systems (Bloomerang, Fundraise Up, or similar).
• Generate donor and fundraising reports.
• Ensure accuracy of donor records and contact merging.
• Provide donor care and timely responses to inquiries.
• Support donor retention campaigns and administrative backend of fundraising.

• 2+ years experience in donor relations, fundraising operations, or CRM management.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising software (Fundraise Up, Bloomerang) an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
