Hard requirements: Proficiency in English, bachelor's degree, office location in Tokyo

1. Participate in the design and documentation of core gameplay, system functions, and economic models;

2. Develop product planning and iteration roadmap based on market trends and user needs;

3. Write bilingual (Chinese & English) product requirement documents (PRD) and design specifications to ensure clear requirements for development;

4. Coordinate resources across programming, art, testing, and other teams to drive high-quality project delivery;

5. Follow up on localization/internationalization needs, ensuring a consistent experience in both languages;

6. Analyze product data and user feedback to continuously optimize user experience and commercial metrics;

7. Participate in competitive analysis, version retrospectives, and content update planning.
