Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute user operation strategies: Based on the platform's development plan and market dynamics, formulate comprehensive and forward-looking user operation strategies. Clearly define the goals and paths for user growth, retention, engagement, and conversion, ensuring that the strategies align with the platform's characteristics and user needs, thereby enhancing the platform's competitive edge in the industry.

2. User lifecycle management: Construct a comprehensive user lifecycle model and develop personalized operational plans for users at different stages. For new users, design onboarding guides and promotional packages to encourage engagement; for mature users, offer exclusive benefits and customized services to extend their lifecycle and enhance their value contribution.

3. User growth and acquisition: Lead user growth initiatives and explore multi-channel opportunities for user acquisition. Collaborate with external channels (such as KOL promotions and community partnerships) and plan online and offline acquisition activities to expand the new user base. Additionally, optimize the acquisition process to improve user conversion rates and achieve sustained user growth.

4. User retention and engagement: Conduct in-depth analysis of user churn reasons and devise targeted retention strategies, such as optimizing product experience and conducting user care activities. Utilize user behavior data to design diverse engagement activities, such as transaction competitions and themed challenges, to increase user participation and platform stickiness.

5. Data analysis and decision support: Build a user operation data metrics system, regularly collect and analyze user behavior and business data to uncover user needs and business issues behind the data. Provide data support for product iterations and adjustments to operation strategies based on data analysis results, achieving data-driven refined operations.

6. Team management and collaboration: Responsible for the formation, training, and daily management of the user operation team, develop team work plans and assessment standards to enhance the overall business capabilities of the team. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including product, technology, and marketing to implement user operation strategies, ensuring efficient coordination across all links and jointly achieving the platform's operational goals.

7. User feedback and experience optimization: Establish a user feedback collection mechanism to promptly address user opinions and suggestions, driving continuous optimization of products and services. Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor movements, drawing on best practices to provide new ideas for enhancing the platform's user experience.
