Description

  1. Designing and managing the recruitment process from posting job vacancies, document selection, interviews, to notifying successful candidates.
  2. Managing the LinkedIn account for Somestory Podcast and the Instagram account for Somestory Life as part of the employer branding strategy in alignment with the vision and mission.
  3. Creating and designing engaging content on LinkedIn and Instagram to strengthen the branding of Somestory Podcast.
  4. Developing and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  5. Compiling and managing a database of candidates and Somestory Podcast members to ensure data is well stored and easily accessible.
