Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage and create engaging content across various platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with campaigns.
- Respond to audience inquiries and maintain a positive online community.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong account management, customer service, and business analysis skills. Proficient in English and content moderation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require occasional overtime to meet deadlines.
