JOB SUMMARY

The Project Sales Account Executive is responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships. Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company.  


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicates and coordinates with clients regarding pricing, technical data and product offering.
  • Conducts product presentations and seminars.
  • Provides at least eight (8) quality sales calls per day. 
  • Handles and resolves customer complains. 
  • Identifies potential growth areas, exploring new market segment submit at least 10 quotations per month.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
  • At least one (1) to three (3) years selling experience in Construction Industry, With previous handling of developers & contractors. Must have portfolio of known key account & contact person
  • Must be willing to do full-time fieldworks
