  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and email management
  • Assist with data entry and document preparation
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support and MS Office; strong English language skills; excellent time management, written communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, assist with communication, and maintain records efficiently.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily remote work, flexible hours with potential for occasional overtime.
