Descripción

Will be responsible in managing the assents of SMCSL Group.
Will review and monitor Application for Authority for Capital Expenditures (AACE) of the Group.
Will be responsible in reclassification of Capital Projects in Progress (CPIP) to the proper asset accounts in SMCSL Group's books.
Will monitor asset tagging for existing and new properties of SMCSL Group.
Will be responsible for periodic count of properties of SMCSL Group.
Will provide necessary reports related to SMCSL Group's assets.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in review and monitoring, periodic asset counting, reporting accuracy, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, financial expertise, and data analysis.
Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct asset counts, analyze data, prepare reports, monitor financial performance, and ensure accuracy.
Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker, and effective communicator.
