Descripción

  • Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Develop forward-looking expectations based on actual performance trends, expected changes in our strategy, and other business inputs; prepare baseline forecast, overlay with expected changes, enter the final projections into our forecasting tools, and provide insights and commentary on variance analysis.
  • Management Reporting: Run specific queries and reports, reconcile data, and provide comprehensive analysis and support for key stakeholders.
  • Financial Accounting: Calculate and prepare deferral and accruals journals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek and implement continuous improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of service for systems under control.
  • Internal Control: Establish and execute internal control policies, support annual audits, and ensure data integrity and consistency across all financial processes.

Requisito

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or related area.

• 5-7 years of experience in financial reporting, planning, and analysis, including providing commentaries.

• Analytical Skills: Very strong analytical and MS Excel modeling capabilities to provide deep insights and resolve finance inquiries independently. Experience with manipulating large data sets, as well as ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.

• Self-Starter: Proactive and motivated individual with a can-do mentality, ready to take on challenges in a complex and demanding environment. Curious by nature, striving for continuous improvement.

• Team Player: Ability to assist other Analysts and Business Controllers with day-to-day operational responsibilities and ad-hoc projects.

• Quick Learner comfortable with Change: Adaptability to quickly learn and navigate our financial systems and processes.

• Communication skills and language: Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English to clearly convey financial information to a range of stakeholders in our multi-national and multi-cultural environment.

• Technical skills: MS excel – advanced user, Oracle Hyperion products and Smartview –preferable.
